Lydia Chua

Lydia Chua is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at ST Engineering since March 2020, Lydia has previously held significant roles at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), progressing from Manager to Senior Manager in talent acquisition from March 2013 to February 2020. Earlier career highlights include a managerial position at Nanyang Technological University, and an Assistant Head role in HR at the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (A*STAR). Lydia began her career as a Senior Executive in HR at the Singapore Land Authority from August 2000 to July 2004. Lydia Chua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, a Graduate Diploma in HRM from SIM University, and a Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Polytechnic.
