McQueen is a certified ITIL expert with extensive knowledge in IT Service Management, digital transformation, and business-aligned IT strategy. With a career marked by impactful change and collaboration across the Asia-Pacific region, McQueen emphasizes a purpose-driven approach to delivering value and operational excellence. McQueen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing, Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth and a Diploma in IT (Network Security) from Temasek Polytechnic.
