Paul Chee is the Head of Business Development & Planning at ST Kinetics, drawing on over 16 years of experience in various management roles within the company. After earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Production from Nanyang Technological University in 1999, Paul started their career in engineering design, achieving notable awards including the Defence Technology Prize and an innovation award from ST Kinetics. Throughout their tenure, Paul has successfully led transformational initiatives using LEAN methodology, resulting in significant productivity improvements and increased revenues. Currently, Paul is pursuing an Executive MBA at Nanyang Business School, expected to graduate in 2018.
