Roy Foo is a detail-oriented and adaptive team leader with over two decades of public service experience in both local and overseas roles. Currently, Roy serves as the Director of Operations Systems Development and Data Division at the Ministry of Health in Singapore, focusing on crisis strategy and operations. Roy holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore and possesses key competencies in general management, programme management, and organisational development. An active endurance sport enthusiast, Roy has completed several Ironman-distance races, highlighting a passion for continual learning and discovery.
