Ryan NGEI

Ryan NGEI is currently the R&D Director at ST Engineering, focusing on the development of Intelligent Transportation Systems, including AI-embedded solutions for smart buses and trains. Previously, they held significant leadership roles at companies such as 3M, where they managed various aspects of R&D and digital transformation, and Olympus, where they oversaw the design of medical devices. With a Master of Business Administration from The University of Hull and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Ryan combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen in their work.
