Tanya Lim

Tanya Lim possesses extensive experience in talent management and learning & development across various industries. Currently serving as AVP in Group Talent Management at ST Engineering since September 2025, Tanya previously held managerial roles at Fujitsu, where responsibilities included developing talent frameworks and leadership programs. Prior positions encompassed managing learning and development for MSIG Holdings and Al-Futtaim, where Tanya was instrumental in training logistics, collaboration with businesses, and government training matters. Experience also includes significant roles at Heineken and Barclays, with responsibilities ranging from end-to-end learning processes to managing learning management systems. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from RMIT University, a HR Graduate Certification from Singapore Management University, and a Master of Science in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
