Teoh Eisa has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, serving at ST Engineering since June 2012, initially as a Talent Acquisition professional and currently as a Talent Sourcer. Prior to ST Engineering, Teoh held roles at the Institute of Microelectronics, handling regions' talent acquisition and payroll management. Teoh began the career at Singapore Food Industry, managing recruitment, payroll, and general human resource administration. Teoh's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of London and a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
