Vincent Chew

Vincent Chew currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at ST Engineering, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Vincent held the role of Director of Security at JTC Corporation, overseeing the Jurong Island Security Division. With over three decades of experience in the Singapore Prison Service, Vincent progressed through various senior roles, including Senior Assistant Commissioner, Director of Intelligence, and Commander of Operations & Security at Changi Prison Complex. Vincent's responsibilities encompassed overall security management, incident response, and collaborative efforts for inmate rehabilitation. Equipped with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and advanced management education from reputable institutions, Vincent Chew has developed expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and security leadership.
