Vivian Chia

Vivian Chia is a seasoned professional in business development and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Cybersecurity Services at ST Engineering since March 2023. Previously, Vivian held the position of Assistant Director of Talent at SGInnovate from July 2018 to February 2023, focusing on enhancing talent capabilities within the deep tech ecosystem. Additional experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Networking at SGInnovate, Manager of Marketing & Operations at Attila Cybertech Pte. Ltd., and various positions in project management, community engagement, and information technology across several organizations including the National Heritage Board and Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation. Vivian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Forensic Computing from the University of Portsmouth, along with qualifications in information technology from PSB Academy and the University of Cambridge.
