Wee Leng Chua

Wee Leng (Willy) Chua has a diverse background in engineering and procurement, with experience spanning various sectors including defense, automation, and technology. Starting as a Combat Medic Specialist with the Singapore Armed Forces from June 1997 to December 1999, Willy then transitioned to roles in engineering, serving as a CAD Engineering Assistant II at both DuPont Photomasks, Inc. and Toppan Photomasks, Inc. between March 2000 and June 2006. Willy enhanced purchasing skills as a Purchasing Specialist at Forindo from June 2006 to May 2007, before progressing to Emerson Automation Solutions as a Senior Engineer in Strategic Sourcing until March 2020. Currently, Willy holds the position of Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Management at ST Engineering, contributing to significant projects in the aerospace and defense sectors. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Mechatronics from Temasek Polytechnic and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Queensland University of Technology.
