Xin Kai Tan

Xin Kai Tan serves as Principal at ST Engineering Ventures, responsible for establishing the company's presence in the UK and Europe, focusing on identifying and investing in innovative start-ups. Previously, Tan held the position of Assistant Manager at ST Engineering Ventures, where strategic deep-tech opportunities were explored for collaboration with various business units. With a background as a Senior Engineer and Engineer in Unmanned Air Systems, Tan developed systems for fleet management and integrated features for UAS solutions. As a co-founder and advisor for Aircademy Pte. Ltd., Tan contributed to aviation education for students. Academic achievements include a Master of Engineering in Aerospace from Imperial College London and a summer program at Harvard Business School.
