Mark Plotts is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in logistics and customer service. Currently serving as an Operations Analyst at STG Logistics since September 2017 and simultaneously working as a Senior Customer Service Representative at XPO Logistics, Inc. since April 2014, Mark has developed expertise in problem resolution and client relations. Previous experience includes a role as Team Leader at Pacer Global Logistics from 2006 to 2012, where responsibilities included serving as the first point of escalation and training new employees. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University.
