Ben Sutton

Ben Sutton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various managerial and legal roles. Currently serving as General Manager - Legal & Risk at St John New Zealand since July 2022, Sutton has previously held significant positions such as General Counsel at Pegasus Health and Westland Milk Products. Additional legal experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Resources Law at the New Zealand Defence Force and Senior Solicitor at the Ministry of Health New Zealand. Sutton's early career featured positions at Tesco Stores Ltd as Trading Law Manager and at the Office of Fair Trading as a Paralegal, as well as serving as a Legal Advisor at the Health and Disability Commissioner. Educational credentials include an MBHL in Bioethics and Health Law and an LLB, both from the University of Otago.
