Fernanda Vivar

Fernanda Vivar serves as the Volunteer Sustainability Lead at Hato Hone St John since February 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing volunteer engagement and driving community impact through strategic planning and collaboration. Previously, Fernanda held the roles of Volunteer Sustainability Advisor and Coordinator, supporting over 8000 volunteers across various functions within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Pre Professional Practices Coordinator and Lecturer at Universidad de Guayaquil, contributing to the academic and career development of senior Psychology students, and acting as a Student Services Advisor at Unidad Educativa Mariscal Sucre. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Business with a major in Sustainability.
