Jodi Starr is an experienced safety professional currently serving as a Safety Manager and Safety Advisor at Hato Hone St John since October 2022. Prior to this, Jodi held the position of Health, Safety, & Wellbeing Advisor at Land Search and Rescue New Zealand from September 2020 to October 2022, and worked as a Safety Advisor for the New Zealand Defence Force for a brief period in 2020. Jodi's extensive background in safety and environment includes roles at Ruapehu Alpine Lifts (RAL Ltd) from 2008 to 2020, where positions included Safety & Environment Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator. Jodi's early career encompassed various roles in retail, rentals, hospitality, and ski instruction at Snowbasin Resort and Snowshoe Mountain Resort. Jodi holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the Southern Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Fairmont State University.
