Judith Manoa

Judith Manoa is an accomplished HR professional and lawyer with extensive experience in governance and employment relations. They worked as an Investigating Officer at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner from 2003 to 2007, followed by roles as a Solicitor and Senior Solicitor at the Ministry of Social Development until 2017. Judith served as the Senior Solicitor for Employment Relations at Auckland Council from 2017 to 2020, and held a secondment as Private Secretary to the Minister for Social Development and Employment in 2010-2011. Currently, they are an HR Business Partner at St John New Zealand, having previously held the position of HR Advisory Manager from 2020 to 2022. Judith earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Spanish from the University of Auckland.
