Mark Cole

Mark Cole is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the National Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hato Hone St John since May 2025. Prior to this role, Mark worked as Company Accountant and Treasurer at Crown Infrastructure Delivery Ltd from July 2021 to May 2025, and held the position of Senior Manager at BDO in New Zealand from September 2018 to July 2021, where Mark assisted clients in understanding financial data and improved internal processes. Earlier experiences include an Associate role at PKF Goldsmith Fox from October 2015 to September 2018, where Mark focused on internal process improvements and client education, and a managerial position at BDO New Zealand from August 2005 to October 2015, providing business advisory services. Mark began a career in finance as an Accounts Cadet at PMP Limited NZ from October 2004 to August 2005. Academically, Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Auckland.
