William Law

William Law is a Specialist Anaesthetist at Health New Zealand | Te Toka Tumai Auckland since March 2025, focusing on clinical anaesthesia for major trauma. With extensive experience as a Registered Critical Care Paramedic at St John New Zealand since 2013, William has performed at the frontline of emergency services. Previous roles include a Trauma Fellow at Alfred Health, an Anaesthesia Fellow and Anaesthesia Registrar at Health New Zealand | Te Toka Tumai Auckland, and a Retrieval Registrar at Ambulance Victoria. William has completed anaesthetic specialty training and holds a Fellowship from the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Auckland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Aeromedical Retrieval and Transport from the University of Otago, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science in Resuscitation from Auckland University of Technology.
