Alessandro Parisi, PhD, is a Senior RF and mm-wave IC Designer at STMicroelectronics. They received the M.S. degree in electronic engineering (cum laude) and Ph.D. in systems engineering from the University of Catania, Italy, in 2015 and 2019, respectively, with research focused on power and data transfer systems and ultra-low power reference circuits for wireless sensor networks. Since joining STMicroelectronics in 2019, they have been involved in the design of mm-wave circuits for automotive radar transceivers and 5G applications. Prior to their current role, they worked as an RF IC Design Engineer and completed an internship at the Università di Catania.
