Alice Cheng has extensive experience in human resources and engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Alice served as an HR Business Partner at Thales from April 2019 to June 2020, focusing on HR functions for the Singapore Manufacturing Competency Center and South-East Asia region after the acquisition of Gemalto. Subsequently, Alice held the position of Human Resources Director at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd from June 2020 to August 2022, overseeing various HR functions to enhance organizational performance. Currently, Alice is a Senior HR Business Partner at STMicroelectronics since August 2022.
