Amelie Ackermann

Amelie Ackermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community management and customer service roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Support & Community at STMicroelectronics, Amelie is responsible for introducing a new community engagement platform and building operational processes in collaboration with product and marketing teams. Previously, Amelie held various leadership positions at XING Events GmbH, including Director of Customer Service & Communities, where strategic alignment and team management were paramount. Additional experience includes managing community teams at InterNations and earlier roles in public relations at ORCA Affairs and the German Embassy in Washington D.C. Amelie holds an MBA in Marketing & Sales from WU Executive Academy and a Master of Arts in Europastudien from Universität Hamburg.
