Amit Mittal

Amit Mittal is a seasoned professional in embedded software development with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Project Lead for Embedded Software Development at STMicroelectronics since December 2022, Amit manages the development of Linux device drivers for STM32 microprocessors. Prior roles include Software Development Consultant at 1APP and Principal Engineer at Valeo, where Amit specialized in software architecture for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Amit's career includes significant contributions to various companies, including senior positions at STMicroelectronics, ST-Ericsson, Hughes Systique Corporation, HCL Technologies, PacketVideo Japan, and Iflect Technologies, focusing on areas such as Android development, multimedia solutions, and codec optimization. Amit holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a diploma in Embedded Systems from C-DAC Pune.
