Antonio Molfese has several years of experience in the semiconductor industry, having served as a Technology Development Engineer, BCD technologies development project leader, and MEMS designer. They hold a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, focusing on the design, modeling, and characterization of MEMS. Currently, they are the Head of Smart Power Technology R&D at STMicroelectronics, where they have also held roles as Technology Development team leader and BCD Technology Line Manager. Antonio is fluent in English and Italian and has expertise in high voltage technologies, product industrialization, and FEM analysis using ANSYS and COMSOL.
