Arnaud Regnier

Arnaud Regnier is an accomplished manager and engineer with extensive experience in R&D technology development and electrical characterization, currently serving as the R&D Technology Development & Electrical Characterization Manager and Rousset Site Coordinator for Technology & Design Platform Organization at STMicroelectronics since October 2020. Regnier's prior roles at STMicroelectronics from 2003 to 2020 included management positions in NVM device architecture and process integration, showcasing expertise in non-volatile memory architecture, semiconductor physics, and electrical characterization. Regnier holds a PhD in Physics from Aix-Marseille University and holds a Master's degree in Micro & Nanoelectronics, alongside an engineering degree in Physics and Microelectronics from Polytech'Marseille.
