Axelle Scarpa is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program manager, currently leading DEI initiatives at STMicroelectronics, where they have developed the company’s DEI vision, strategy, and roadmap since 2021. As a certified professional coach, Axelle collaborates closely with stakeholders and the Human Resources team to foster an inclusive workplace. Prior to their current role, they specialized in purchasing within international environments, gaining expertise in team management, negotiation, and supplier development across various industries. Axelle co-founded Leroy & Scarpa in 2009, launching a business in home decoration, and holds multiple degrees in management and purchasing.
