Carlo Consalvo graduated in Chemistry from the University of Catania in 1997 and subsequently engaged in research on thin films and coatings. Since 1999, Carlo has been working at STMicroelectronics in various roles, including PVD-CVD-CMP and Backfinish Process Engineering Manager, where they focus on process engineering management in semiconductor manufacturing. Carlo is experienced in Lean Manufacturing and has successfully led initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, and quality within cross-functional teams. Their notable achievements include contributions to the industrialization of backside wafer lapping and the manufacturing introduction of advanced technology products.
