Chetan Verma

Chetan Verma currently serves as the Senior Director of SoC Development at STMicroelectronics in Greater Noida, having joined in December 2023. Prior to this role, Chetan held various senior leadership positions at NXP Semiconductors from April 2014 to March 2024, including Senior Director and Director of SoC Implementation. Chetan's extensive experience in the semiconductor industry began at Freescale Semiconductors, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Design Manager to Design Manager between 2001 and 2014, focusing on SoC design and verification processes. Chetan's early career included roles at Motorola Semiconductors and Duet Technologies, emphasizing backend physical design and functional verification. Chetan holds a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics from BITS, Pilani, earned in 1996.
