Christophe Ayela

Christophe Ayela is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having held various leadership roles at STMicroelectronics since October 1990. Currently serving as Executive Vice-President for Analog & Power Front-End Manufacturing, Ayela supervises manufacturing operations across multiple locations including Agrate, Catania, Singapore, and Tours. Previous positions include Vice President roles in Front-End Manufacturing and General Manager for the Asia-Pacific Region, as well as several managerial and engineering positions throughout their career. Additionally, from January 2016 to August 2018, Ayela served as Vice-President for the S2E2 Competitivity Cluster. Ayela began a professional career as a Simulation Engineer at CEA and holds an Engineering degree in Physics and Microelectronics from INSA Toulouse, earned between 1984 and 1989.
