David Ferrand is currently the Global Head of Engineering & Construction at STMicroelectronics, where they manage over five major construction projects worldwide, notably in Europe and Asia. Previously, they held various roles at STMicroelectronics, including Digital Fab Expansion Director and Manufacturing, Infrastructure & Facilities Program Director, overseeing significant capital expenditures and engineering initiatives. From 2012 to 2013, Ferrand served as the Technical Director for ERAS Metal Norway, focusing on the rapid development of a zinc plant in Scandinavia, and earlier led the successful ramp-up of production in five plants globally as Industrial Director at Recupyl. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and continues to study at Lycée Claude Bernard.
