Donald Baxter

Donald Baxter is an experienced engineering professional with expertise in VLSI and imaging systems. From November 1992 to October 1994, Donald worked at VLSI Vision Limited as an Analogue VLSI Engineer and later as a Principal VLSI Engineer. Donald served as an Imaging System Consultant and Sensor/System Architect at STMicroelectronics in November 2007. Additionally, Donald was a Senior Consulting Engineer at Cadence Design Systems from January 1999 to February 2000. Donald holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Ph.D. in Process-Tolerant VLSI Neural Networks for Application in Optimisation, both earned at The University of Edinburgh between 1985 and 1993.
