Dr. Aishwarya Singh is a seasoned Program Manager specializing in Global Learning and Leadership Development at STMicroelectronics since November 2024. Previously served as Senior Manager for Learning, Leadership & Organization Development at Clifford Chance, where global professional development strategies and leadership initiatives were orchestrated. Prior experience includes roles in Talent Management & Development at Mitsubishi Electric, where key HR strategies were developed, and Organization Development at Transsion, focusing on strategic HR projects. Dr. Singh has also contributed to academia as a Doctoral Researcher and Faculty at the Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology and has extensive training experience in various institutions.
