Eric Moreau

Eric Moreau currently serves as the PowerGaN R&D Principal Director and Toulouse-Labège Site Director at STMicroelectronics since June 2020. Prior to this role, Eric was the Global Product & Application Director at Exagan, where the focus was on advancing power-electronics technology with proprietary G-Stack™ material. Eric's extensive experience in the semiconductor industry includes positions at Freescale Semiconductor, where responsibilities included managing the Functional Safety team and overseeing the EMEA Analog Automotive Applications. Previous to Freescale, Eric held managerial roles at Motorola Mobility, focusing on automotive analog products and quality improvements, and began career at ALCATEL SPACE/THALES as an IS & Planning Engineer. Eric holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from E.C.E Paris.
