Francesco Chiappa has over 18 years of experience in corporate treasury and insurance, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Insurance and Corporate Treasury Senior Controller at STMicroelectronics since February 2009. In this dual role, Francesco oversees the global coordination of the company's insurance strategies while managing cash flow and FX exposure. Prior roles at STMicroelectronics included Senior Director of Corporate Treasury & Insurance and Treasurer of the STMicroelectronics NV Swiss Branch. Francesco's earlier experience includes positions as a Securitization Analyst at Calyon in both Milan and Paris, and internships at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Mediobanca.
