Franck Julien

Franck JULIEN is an accomplished Analog & RFSOI CMOS R&D Technology Process Integration Manager at STMicroelectronics, with a career spanning from 1997 to the present. As a Principal Senior Member of Technical Staff, Franck leads initiatives in process development, technology integration, and innovation coaching. With an Engineer's Degree in Materials Engineering and Semiconductors from Polytech'Grenoble and a BSc in Physics and Semiconductors from the University of Greenwich, Franck has a solid educational foundation. Experience includes significant roles in dielectrics and diffusion process engineering at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities encompassed the development and qualification of processes for CMOS technology, as well as training personnel in operational procedures. Previous internships at CEA, the University of Greenwich, and Rolls-Royce further enhanced Franck’s expertise in materials science and engineering.
