Frederic Baty

Frederic Baty is a seasoned team and project manager with over 20 years of experience in international project management and R&D team management. Since 2016, they have served as the Validation Manager at STMicroelectronics, overseeing validation activities for secured devices and establishing a state-of-the-art validation methodology. Previously, Frederic managed video software development at ST-Ericsson and worked in various roles at Alcatel Mobile Phones and STMicroelectronics, leading multicultural teams and complex projects in the mobile phone and digital set-top box sectors. Frederic holds engineering degrees in Embedded Software and Real-Time Systems from Ecole Polytechnique and IRESTE.
