Gerard Mas

Gerard Mas has over three decades of experience in the semiconductor and technology industries, with a notable tenure at STMicroelectronics since 1994. As the IP Intelligence Director since 2002, Gerard Mas has been responsible for defining company-wide IP requirements aligned with business strategies and product roadmaps. Previously, Gerard Mas led a large team in libraries, IP packaging, and infrastructure from 2004 to 2011, delivering advanced Standard Cells and memory solutions across multiple global locations. Prior to STMicroelectronics, Gerard Mas held several roles at IBM, including a managerial position where responsibilities involved cross-continental collaboration on Power-PC processor development. Gerard Mas holds an Executive MBA from EMLyon Business School, completed in 2013.
