Giancarlo Ragone is an experienced Analog Design Engineer with a robust background in the semiconductor industry. Currently employed at STMicroelectronics since July 2014, Giancarlo has previously held positions at Numonyx and Micron Technology, where extensive expertise in NAND MLC, OneNand, and PCM technologies was developed. Responsibilities have included fullchip simulations, standard cell characterizations, circuit design, and debugging in various capacities. Beginning a career at STMicroelectronics from February 2000 to November 2008, Giancarlo contributed to the design of high-voltage circuitry and analog blocks for memory technologies. Giancarlo holds a Laurea degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
