Hicham Grad

Hicham Grad is a Process Engineering and Maintenance Manager with a focus on operational excellence and product quality. Hicham has developed and implemented manufacturing methods through Lean techniques and Kaizen events, while also managing new product introductions and improving production efficiency. They have held various engineering positions, including roles at SEWS-E, STMicroelectronics, and QAPI GROUP, where they demonstrated expertise in project management, troubleshooting, and technical design using software such as Catia, Solidworks, and AutoCAD. Hicham holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in Rabat and is fluent in both English and French.
