Ibrahim Benkaddour

Ibrahim Benkaddour is an experienced Quality Manager at STMicroelectronics, where responsibilities include overseeing all production lines at the Bouskoura site. Leading a team of six engineers, fifteen technicians, and 180 operators, Ibrahim ensures process robustness and product quality through various quality tools such as AMDEC, DOE, and Why Why analysis. Additionally, Ibrahim contributes to the company’s quality improvement strategy and acts as an interface with customers and corporate stakeholders to address client complaints and develop qualification plans for new products. Ibrahim holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, earned between 2000 and 2002.
