Jeffrey Casaje

Jeffrey Casaje has extensive experience in the field of engineering and technology, primarily within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Back End Manufacturing Technology R&D professional at STMicroelectronics Asia Pac Pte Ltd since February 2008, Jeffrey is responsible for Assembly Process and Technology Development, overseeing the full process from Front of Line (FOL) to End of Line (EOL) for both internal plants and subcontractors, as well as new product and process qualification. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held engineering positions at notable companies including United Test and Assembly Center Singapore, StatsChipPAC Shanghai Pte. Ltd., Amkor Technology Philippines, and TDK Philippines Corporation. Jeffrey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology in 1997.
