Joanne Goyt

Joanne GOYT has extensive experience in human resources and commercial marketing. Currently serving as the HR Senior for the Analog, Power & Discrete, MEMS and Sensors Group at STMicroelectronics since March 2009, Joanne manages the implementation of HR Group Strategy globally and provides daily support for various HR initiatives, including recruitment and competence management. Additionally, Joanne has held positions within the same company focusing on commercial marketing for Analog and MEMS products in Korea and Japan, as well as supporting team operations in Grenoble. Previously, Joanne worked as a Director Personal Assistant at Sisma S.p.A, facilitating communication between Italy and France in the cotton and hygiene sector. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources from Grenoble IAE and a Bachelor's degree in Science & Economy Management from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale, among other qualifications.
