Katherine Wei is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia at STMicroelectronics since May 2019, Katherine has previously held various HR roles including Talent Acquisition/Internal Communication Manager and HRBP Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as HRBP Manager at ams AG and as HR Manager and Learning and Development Manager at Bellezarr Pte Ltd. Katherine began career in human resources with roles at EPCOS PTE LTD, STATS ChipPAC Ltd., and Seagate Technology, where responsibilities included training supervision and HR administration. Katherine holds a degree in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, earned between 2010 and 2012.
