Kathy McCoy

Kathy McCoy has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as an HR Generalist specializing in Training & Communications at STMicroelectronics since July 1994. In this role, Kathy manages organizational development and soft skill training for 1,350 employees, coordinates academic programs, and oversees site recognition and internal communications. Prior to this position, Kathy held the role of HR Services Supervisor at STMicroelectronics, Inc. and previously worked at SGS-Thomson as a Manufacturing Training Supervisor, where supervision of training activities for manufacturing operations took place. Kathy's career began at Mostek, Inc. with diverse roles including Engineering Technician and Manufacturing Production Planner. Early career experience includes working as an Epitaxial Operator at Texas Instruments. Kathy obtained an Associate degree in Mid-management from Dallas College between 1985 and 1987.
