Laurent Filipozzi is currently the General Manager at STMicroelectronics, where they lead the Malta BE factory in advancing manufacturing practices according to Industry 4.0 principles. Previously, they served as Vice President and Site Head of Infineon Singapore Plant, transforming the factory into a Smart factory and implementing initiatives across other sites. With prior experience as Site Head at Infineon Technologies and SOITEC, Laurent has focused on innovative manufacturing and operations management. They earned a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Université Bordeaux I.
