Luca D'Anna

Luca D'Anna is a seasoned Senior Product & Test Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently with STMicroelectronics since May 2019. Previously held positions at Micron Technology from April 2010 to April 2019, where responsibilities included microcode validation, datasheet validation, device characterization, and support for design and application teams. Luca played a pivotal role in optimizing device configurations and conducting failure analyses across various technologies, including NOR Flash memory products. Earlier roles included positions at Numonyx and STMicroelectronics, where significant contributions to testing strategies and software methodologies were made.
