Mara Villa

Mara Villa has extensive experience in Human Resources, specializing in Learning and Development, and currently serves as Business HR for the Supply Chain Organization at STMicroelectronics since June 2003. In the role of HR Sites Director, Mara oversaw eight sites in Italy, managing a team of HR Business Partners while leading Corporate HR strategies in alignment with business goals. Previous positions include Head of Italy Learning & People Development, where a comprehensive learning strategy for over 12,000 employees was implemented, and L&D Program Manager, responsible for developing learning programs across various subjects. Mara began a career in HR at STMicroelectronics with a focus on creating eLearning courses and analyzing best practices in corporate education. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Selefor and a Laurea Magistrale in Educational Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
