Marco Pulia is an experienced engineering professional with a Master's degree in Vehicle Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Università di Catania. Pulia worked as a Junior Race Engineer at Viola Formula Racing from June 2020 to July 2023, where skills in organization and stress management were honed, alongside expertise in analyzing telemetric data using Cosworth PI Toolbox to enhance vehicle and driver performance. Prior to this role, Pulia was a member of the powertrain division at MMR - MoRe Modena Racing from January 2019 to October 2020, contributing to the Formula SAE project by revising the differential gear group in collaboration with other departments. Currently, Pulia is employed as an ADG PTsG R&D BE Package Development Engineer at STMicroelectronics since July 2023.
