Maria Balla has over 18 years of experience in human resources, specializing in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR projects. Currently serving as Group HR EMEA Sales & Marketing at STMicroelectronics since May 2022, Maria previously held various senior HR roles at Alcon, including Head of Change, People & Organization, and HR Head for Emerging Growth Markets.
