Marie-Sophie Note is the Head of Organization Effectiveness & Coaching at STMicroelectronics and has extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles. Previously, Marie-Sophie served as the Director of the President's Cabinet and Policy Director at Upe 13 for four years and worked as a Wealth Manager at HSBC Private Bank and Banque Martin Maurel. They have also contributed to professional development as a consultant and coach at Team Links and led a top managers' reflection club at Le Labo. Marie-Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Université Aix-en-Provence and a Master in Management from IAE Aix-en-Provence, as well as a CESA in Human Resources and Organization from HEC School of Management.
