Michaël Peeters

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation, blockchain, and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship for innovation projects across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha emphasizes transforming the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha enabled self-sovereign finance solutions. Experience also includes Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha advanced technological changes for decentralized energy infrastructure, and positions at Share&Charge, IIB Council, and Sweetbridge, maximizing decentralization opportunities and blockchain applications. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies in fintech and project management.
